They do stain clear polymer stamps. The manufacturer has changed the name to "Child Safe" so some pads will say washable and some will say child safe. Reinkers are not available for this product. Acid free, Non-toxic, 12 Bright Solid Colors, Sturdy case, Easy clean up with soap & water. Note: These ink pads are not perfectly non-staining. To reduce the staining on hands and skin, apply hand lotion before use and wash hands soon after getting ink on them.
