Martha Stewart Punch around the Page Kits

Punch around the page sets come with a coordinating corner punch and border punch. Depending on whether the punches are deep edge or standard punches you just need to make sure the dimensions of the paper are as they recommend for each and the punches will like up superbly. Make fabulous stationery, card fronts or scrapbook tiles. It's fast and looks like it took hours.

For standard (not labeled as large or deep) kits you need each each side of your paper to measure: 3 1/4", 5", 6 3/4", 8 1/2", 10 1/4" or 12" or 12" plus any number divisible by 1 3/4. The reason for this is that the corner punches use 3/4" on either side of the edge of paper and the border punches are 1 3/4" long so in order for everything to line up perfectly, you need 1 1/2" available for the corner punches plus some length divisble by 1 3/4 for the edge punches. If you don't love math, just make sure your sites are one the numbers provided and no adding of fractions or long division is required. The new large sets contain deep edge border punches and large corner punches require 1 1/4" on either end for the corner punches so the dimensions can be 4 1/4", 6", 7 3/4", 9 1/2", 11 1/4", 13" and so on. The border punches are still 1 3/4" wide but punch deeper into the paper.
