Crystal Clear Envelopes
These envelopes are not
actually made of cellulose. They are made of polypropylene,
which is much stronger and completely clear. These are
approved for mailing through USPS first class mail.
They are non-machinable and will require a higher postage
rate than a standard size 1 oz letter.
 The
address can placed inside the envelope, but the postage
has to be affixed on the outside of the envelope so
that it can be cancelled.
