This card was created using stamps from our Victorian Eccentricities stamp set as well as Tsukineko Firewords Spray Ink, Goosebumps and StazOn Timber Brown ink. The instructions for creating the background can be found on our Blog: Fireworks Backgrounds.
Below is the card in a different light where you can see the mica powder in the background and the gold paint pen I used to accent the crown.
