This card was made using stamps from the Blockheads Winter Wonderland sheet, which can be found here.
I stamped the snowflake image on glossy white card stock using a clear embossing ink and embossed it in a very light blue semi-transparent ARTZ enamel. After the enamel cooled I was able to apply Adirondack Rainbow Ink using a piece of foam Cut n' Dry to the background and wipe it off the snowflake image.
