Party CatParty Cat

I brushed on Distress Inks Peeled Paint and Faded Jeans, spritzed with water, dried with heat gun.i applied a Stampin up Verses Stamp, and a Hero Arts Collage Stamp with black Stazon Ink. On another piece of cardstock, I stamped the Blockheads Party Hat Cats stamp. I painted the cat with olive twist Smooch, the hat with Shimmers Sunny, the stars on the hat with Jewelz Mica Water Color Paint Brilliant Gold. I stamped the Party Hat Cat stamp on a sheet of clear acrylic, let it dry, and trimmed to size. I applied it to the painted cat with glossy accents, glued both to the backgrond. Labeled with Dymo Labeler 'Party Cat'.
