Supplies:  One wide, flat wooden frame; border stamp from Blockheads Floral Ornament #1 stamp set;  Spellbinders Poinsettia die set; Spellbinders Doodles die set; one Cuttlebug Textile embossing folder; paper for flowers; paper for leaves; paper for flourishes; acrylic paint, 2 colors; dark brown dye ink; sheer, wired gold ribbon; yellow seed beads or tiny yellow crystals; Lime Green Stickles; one vintage button or charm; quick-setting white that dries clear.

Paint frame base coat. Let dry. Apply second coat, partially combining the two colors to get a streaked finish. Let dry well.

While frame is drying, cut the flowers; cut one large flower from green for leaves; Place flowers into an embossing folder and emboss. Before assembling flower layers, distress edges and tips with brown ink. Cut petals apart in the green flower to make leaves. Distress leaves with brown ink.

 

 Assemble flowers. Apply Stickles to center of top layer and press beads/crystals into wet Stickles. Set aside to dry.

 

Ink rubber stamp with dark brown ink and stamp on picture frame. Distress edges and corners with dark brown ink on  sponge.If desired, seal with a matte varnish.

 

 Staple or glue ribbon to lower left corner of frame. Twirl ribbon around frame and glue down between “loops”.

 

 

 Attach flowers to frame with Pop Dots. Glue one end of each leaf under flowers.

 

 

 Cut Doodles from brown paper. Attach to frame with white glue or glue pen. Attach vintage button/charm.
