Poppy on AcetatePoppy on Acetate

The poppy image was stamped in Gold Metallic Stazon ink using the poppy from the Blockheads Flowers stamp set.  The Asian Poetry background and the Asian Chop images are from the Chinese Princess stamp set.  Both of those images were stamped in VersaMagic ink.  The "red magic" color is great for stamping chop images.

StazOn ink doesn't need to be heat set which makes it ideal for acetate.  The image was stamped on one side, and after 4-5 minutes when the ink was dry the backside of the acetate was colored using Adirondack fillable pens.  One pen was filled with red pepper Adirondack Alcohol Ink, with a dash of butterscotch.  The other pen was filled with meadow Adirondack Alcohol Ink.

The acetate was tied to black cardstock, 1/8" longer and wider than the acetate.  The black cardstock and light green cardstock was distressed on the edges with a paper distressing tool.
