The stamps used on this card are from the Blockheads Chinese Princes stamp setFragments were stamped on top with Gold StazOn Metallic ink.  StazOn Metallic ink does not need to be heat set and will dry on non-porous surfaces.  The fragments were glued to a stamped peice of light green card stock with Glossy Accents.  Once the glue dried the excess card stock was cut away and they peices were adhered to the card.  The card was stamped with Gold Metallic StazOn ink and cloud white and red magic VersaMagic ink.
