I enjoy creating paper dolls by using rubber stamps in unusual ways and I could not resist creating a folding fairy to ATC just for the fun of it; so here she is and I hope you like her. Photo submitted by Evelyn Duncan
The paper doll was made from a doll template I created and printed on my computer then I decorated her us using various Blockhead Rubber Stamp Images. The background, folding street lamp and hair/crown were from the Blockheads rubber stamp half-sheet titled Architecture AR501. (the hair and crown on the doll was created by using parts of the column found on the lower portion of one of the collage images). The Dress was created by stamping the butterfly wings from the Blockheads rubber stamp half-sheet titled Faerie Wings WH502 several times (7 times total. 6 for the skirt and one for the bodice) The poseable doll is able to fold compactly within the dimensions of the ATC for storage due to its construction with brads. (The brads allow the doll to be displayed in a variety of positions.) The street lamp has two bends placed in it so it can easily be opened or folded closed on the ATC.
