Remembering being PrettyRemembering being Pretty

Author : Stacey Dunning

This card was created using our ATC Stamp Set - Years Ago.  The script background was stamped in Smoke Grey VersaFine and the face and fly were stamped over it in Onyx Black VersaFine.  The face was colored slightly with colored pencils.  The pink flower hair was created by punching flowers out of Angelina Film and applied with liquid craft glue, Glossy Accents in this case, but any will do.  Punching through Angelina Film is easiest to do if you lay it over plain copy paper and punch through both.

A shimmer spritz was made using 10 ml water, 1/8 tsp duo blue-green Pearl Ex with 1/8 tsp Gum Arabic and 4 drops of Broken China Distress Ink.  This type of product can also be purchased ready made as Glimmer Mist.  The mist was spritzed around the edges at the top and after it dried, I added a little Honey Dew Encore ink from an ink cube around the edges.  At the end I added Rock Candy Distress Stickles to the edges.
