Stamp Tulips stamp 3 times on white cardstock (one for your base image, one for layering tulips, and one to use as a mask.) Spritz base with Moon Glow Glitz Spritz (I used Silver and Gold) after masking. Remove mask. Color base image with water color pencils, spreading color with a water brush. Color tulip flowers of unused image to match those of your base. Cut out and layer flowers with foam tape to base image. I layered 4 of the 5 flowers, leaving the center one unlayered for dimension.
