This pink gift box was colored using various colors of dye ink sponged over torn paper masks to create the rippled background. Images from the Inspired by Nature stamp set were stamped with black Staz-On ink then filled in with permanent black marker to give the appearance of silhouettes. Dragonfly on the lid was stamped with black Staz-On and colored with watercolors. A second set of transparent wings were stamped and cut out of acetate and layered onto the base wings. Dragonfly was attached with foam tape to give it dimension and height and the wings were slightly curved upwards to give it a three dimensional look. Photo submitted by Gitana, the Creative Diva
