1. I started with a regular size vanilla tag (2.75x5.25). I chose a piece of collage paper from Webster's Petites Holiday Collection and cut it to fit the tag. 2. Then I used a Kaliedoscope ink pad and a dauber and rubbed different colors all over the collage sheet. 3. For the charm I created my own with a frame from a grab bag of charms and paired with some actual Tim Holtz embellishments. The "Christmas" on the charm was cut from a remnant of the collage paper and glued to the charm then covered with liquid glass. 4. I just kept using scraps until I got the look I wanted.
