This technique requires superfine embossing powder, Encore Ultimate Metallic ink cubes and matte coated paper like JudiKins Matte Coat or the sheets we package and sell as Matte Coated. Emboss your Image and then use your cubes to smoosh on color in various areas and a dry cloth to wipe away the top metallic coat which leaves a shimmery multi-colored backround.
