Glimmer BlocksGlimmer Blocks

Author : Stacey

This card was created using a deluxe template color blocking template and glimmer mist spray in the following colors: Bubblegum Pink, Honey Dew Mist, Silver. Also used was a Heidi Swapp reusable mask, Glimmer Screens and Bazzill white paper flowers. Stamps series used: Floral Ornaments, Verses: Feel Better, etc.

Lay the deluxe template over your card stock. Use 2-3 pieces of scrap paper to cover blocks that you don't want to mist. Spritz the open blocks to add color and glimmer. Continue that process until all the blocks are covered. To create the background images, a glimmer screen was placed over the upper left block before spritzing. An adhesive mask was applied over the lower left 2 blocks before spritzing.

When you pull away the template, there will be uncolored grid lines between the blocks and an obvious line for trimming your cardstock. Use block-it tape to mask between the color blocks for stamping.

Start with white paper flowers, and spritz as desired to match your artwork.
