This card uses stamps from our Greco-Roman Architecture and Ornament series, which can be found on page of Blockheads Rubber Sheets.
The top layer of this card can be acheived by stamping and embossing the Corinthian Capital with black pigment ink and black or clear embossing powder onto glossy card stock. Make a mask of the image and cover the image while randomly stamping the glossy card stock with our Ancient Windows image and VersaMark watermarking and resist ink. Remove the mask and color the card stock with light periwinkle dye ink. The VersaMark images should resist color. Reapply the mask and stamp the Ancient Windows image in black. Remove the masking again and color the image with irridescent paints or inks.
Adorn the image by melting black hot glue stick onto the card stock and pressing one of the cable into the hot glue. Remove stamp when glue cools and cover with foil leafing flakes.
