Goosebumps on Bird CageGoosebumps on Bird Cage

Author : Stacey Dunning

This was a card I made while testing out the new Fireworks! sprays and Goosebumps texture spray.  I used a stamp from our Victorian Eccentricities set with VersaFine onyx black ink.

After stamping the bird cage image and taking the time to color it with Prismacolor Pencils I didn't want to lose the image under the pearlescent spray of the fireworks so I sprayed on some Goosebumps spray in the general area of the birdcage and dried it with a heat gun.  It acted as a resist when I sprayed the dandelion and cottage ivy Fireworks.  I just used a dry paper towel to wipe away the Fireworks from the dried Goosebumps texture.

The flowers were stamped using StazOn ink on top of a background paper I made using 3 colors of Fireworks spray ink and Goosebumps.  I cut the flowers out and applied to the card them with glue.  Visit our Fireworks Background blog post for complete instructions on creating the paper that I stamped the flowers onto.
