Transparent Embossing Resist DaisiesTransparent Embossing Resist Daisies

This card was made using stamps from the Blockheads Flowers - Daisies sheet, which can be found here.

I stamped the daisy tile image on glossy white cardstock using a clear embossing ink and embossed it in a very turquoise semi-transparent ARTZ enamel. After the enamel cooled I colored blank areas of the image using a versamark pen and embossed those areas using different colors of the ARTZ Enamel. After those were dry, I brayered black dye ink over the image and wiped the ink off the embossed areas. That left a light embossed image over a black background. If I didn't like the white shadowing around the images I could use a piece of foam Cut n' Dry to apply black ink which would allow the ink to get closer to the image.
