I was inspired to create this handbag when I came across the Chinese Princess Set of Stamps. This is the first time I have ever stamped on to fabric. I really enjoyed this project and it has given me more ideas of stamping on fabric for the future. Photo submitted by Tiffany Rossbach
I created an Asian inspired handbag. I embellished this handbag using a variety of the Blockheads Chinese Princess set of Stamps. To decorate the silk brocade fabric I used speedball screen printing inks to stamp on the background. I stamped the chinese princess onto clear vinyl using block printing inks then adhered it to the bag. And for the handles I used chopsticks.
