ADIRONDACK COORDINATING
COLORS
Adirondack Pads
are dye based pads that come in coordinating colors
that guarantee perfect color combinations. You
can use any coordinating pad colors, such as pink
sherbet, raspberry and wild plum, or any pads
within the same value range (i.e. any of the brights
together, any of the lights together, or any of
the earthtones together).
What happened
to the SeaShells and SeaBrights?
The original 10 SeaShells and 9 of the original
10 SeaBrights pads have been moved into the Adirondack
Lights and Adirondack Brights colors. Two additional
light colors and 3 additional bright colors were
created to coordinate, along with the SeaShells
and SeaBrights colors, to coordinate with 12 of
the original Adirondack colors. Some of the SeaShell
and SeaBright color names have changed (review
color
chart for name change information).
Note: Adirondack
Lights and Brights can be used to reink the SeaShells
and SeaBrights Pads and vice versa.
*12 of the original 24 Adirondack
colors do not have coordinating Lights and Brights,
but still coordinate wonderfully with one another
and can be used to compliment Coordinating Trios
by using the traditional color chart (i.e. caramel
is a wonderful accent color, in small doses, to
the Pink Sherbet, Raspberry, Wild Plum Trio and
Oregano compliments the Shell Pink, Watermelon,
Cranberry trio.
