Claudine Hellmuth Studio Gesso is ideal for priming a wide variety of craft surfaces including canvas, wood, metal, plastic, chipboard, paper and fabric. Gesso adds a subtle texture (called "tooth) to the surface of your project allowing it to accept paint and other mediums more easily. This artist quality Gesso is acid free, non-toxic and archival. It will not yellow or crack over time and remains flexible - even on fabric. Quick drying.

To use: Paint project surface with Gesso and allow to dry. Add a second coat if needed, especially with darker surfaces. Paint over top with Claudine's Studio Paints.

Multi-Medium Gloss or Matte (From Label)
Acid-Free, Non-Toxic
Artist quality gel medium for: gluing, image transfers, sealing art, extending paint, creating glazes.

Claudine Hellmuth Studio Multi-Medium is an artist quality gel that can be used for multiple craft projects. Pleasant scent. Waterproof when dry.

All purpose glue: Use for paper, metal, wood, glas, plastic and fabric. Great for adhering items such as game pieces, buttons, dominoes.

Image transfer: Paint over a laser-printed (or color copied) peice of artwork, adhere to desired surface and burnish well. Let dry. Use water to "peel away" paper and reveal image. Remember to reverse type and images when printing or copying.

Sealer: Paint over top of artwork and seal and protect with a matte or gloss finish.

Paint Extender: Make your Claudine Hellmuth Studio Paints go further by adding Multi-Medium. Can also be used to create a matte finish (with matte medium) with gloss acrylic paints or a gloss finish (with gloss medium) with matte acrylic paints.

Create glazes: Add one part Claudine Hellmuth Studio Paint to two parts Multi-Medium to create transparent glazes. Add additional medium if desired.
